It is generally believed that hydrogen and oxygen will explode when mixed together, so when it comes to hydrogen discoloration, people in the factory are afraid to use hydrogen. It was not until 1962 that Professor Yule Brown of Australia made the first Brownian generator (that is, the hydrogen-oxygen generator produced by electrolyzing water at the ratio of 2: 1). Because Professor Brown adopted the technology of taking as soon as it is produced, that is, producing as much as possible without storage, the wet flame arrester made by using the principle of water fire extinguishing solved the safety problem. Because Yull Brown personally demonstrated the safety of this brown generator, it changed people's fear of famine when hydrogen and oxygen were mixed in a ratio of two to one. Later, a large number of experiments proved that the gas supply speed of hydrogen-oxygen mixture could not keep up with the combustion speed only under the condition of high pressure storage, and it was generally safe because the nozzle design of flame gun was unreasonable. Professor Yule Brown's patented technology in Australia has not attracted enough attention. On the contrary, he was hired by the 52nd Research Institute of China Ordnance Industry Research Institute with a high salary, and the brown generators he produced were exported to Europe and America by Nortel. Therefore, China is the first country to produce water welding machines. The early water welding machine had complex structure and high production cost, so the sales volume was not good. Later, after numerous improvements, 1990 introduced the double-barrel low-voltage and high-current water welder (also known as water-oxygen welder), which really solved the production cost problem of water welder and successfully promoted it in jewelry industry for the first time. Then it succeeded again in the field of acrylic plexiglass polishing in the advertising industry. With the development of modern Brown gas generator, various types of products have appeared in the market, which are widely used in carbon steel cutting, continuous casting billet cutting, ampoule bottle drawing sealing, timely glass tube drawing sealing and so on.
