Aux patent incident

Gree Oaks tore each other apart, which was malicious competition.

Just last year, the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court publicly made a first-instance judgment on three patent infringement disputes between Gree Electric and Oaks, and ruled that Oaks compensated Gree Electric for 46 million yuan in economic losses, setting a new record for patent infringement compensation in the home appliance industry.

Such behavior is naturally not conducive to the overall development of the industry. With the intensification of industry competition, it is easy to form vicious competition. In the past, most of the malicious competition we talked about meant that companies provided products or services at prices far below the industry average price or even below the cost.

Nowadays, more malicious competition is to gain market share by non-commercial improper means, just like the "infernal affairs" behavior in the industry, such as poaching, digging technology.
