Ingredients: fat tofu, preserved eggs, red pepper, chives, (it would be better if there were a little dried fruit).
Seasoning: Steamed fish soy sauce (Lee Kum Kee brand, available in supermarkets), Chili oil, salt (less soy sauce makes it salty), chicken essence and a little sesame oil.
Exercise:
1. Chop preserved eggs, cut red peppers into small rings, and chop shallots.
2. Put the above ingredients into tofu, add all seasonings and mix well when eating.
