How to make multigrain egg fried rice for fitness?
Use a rice cooker to make multigrain rice regularly before going to bed the day before. Incorporate rice, purple rice, barley, millet, and mung beans (the amount of rice should not be less than half, otherwise it will taste bad). It will be purple when done, and it looks great when fried with the eggs in the fried rice.
Dice the vegetables (depending on what you have in your refrigerator, I used green peppers and celery).
Based on my experience with fried rice last time, diced apples are very delicious when used for fried rice. If you have apples, it is highly recommended to dice them and fry them together.
The meat is also cut into cubes and set aside, the shrimps are thawed, and the eggs are beaten with a little salt and sugar.
Add a little oil to the pot and stir-fry the chopped green onions until fragrant.
Put the beaten eggs into the pan and stir-fry them.
When meat is fried in a pan, a little oil will come out, which is equivalent to frying various meats.
Fry the shrimps in the pot. (If you have diced apples, add them to the pot at this time)
Mix the rice and scrambled eggs evenly, add them to the pot and stir-fry evenly with the meat.
Celery and green peppers are both crispier and more delicious when they are raw, so they are added to the pot last. If the vegetables you use are more cooked and more delicious, stir-fry them before adding the rice to the pot.
Add a little light soy sauce, salt, sugar and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan. (Sausage, ham, bacon and the like are salty, so don’t add too much light soy sauce and salt.) Seasonings can also be replaced with fermented bean curd juice or bean paste garlic sauce.
It’s fragrant and healthy, ready to eat ~ only a little oil is added when frying the eggs.
