Wood grain patent

Step 1: Pretreatment before spraying. Pretreatment before painting includes degreasing, derusting and phosphating, in which phosphating is the central link, and degreasing and derusting are the preparatory procedures before phosphating. After degreasing and rust removal, the workpiece should be washed with water. The main purpose is to thoroughly clean the parts on the surface of the workpiece that are easy to attach some nonionic surfactants and CL-. Then the metal workpiece is treated with acidic solution containing dihydrogen phosphate to form a stable insoluble phosphating film on its surface, that is, phosphating film. The main purpose of phosphating film is to increase the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating.

Step 2: spray powder on the workpiece, which needs to be used for transfer printing, otherwise the transfer printing effect will not be achieved.

Step 3: Stick the front side of the wood grain thermal transfer paper to the transfer surface of the transferred workpiece with thermal transfer adhesive. The purpose of using thermal transfer adhesive is to make the wood grain paper stick to the surface of the workpiece closely.

Step 4: The workpiece pasted by transfer paper is sent to a vacuum transfer machine for vacuum baking. The baking temperature and time should be properly adjusted according to the characteristics of the transferred substrate and the depth of the texture to be transferred. Usually, the conveying temperature is 160 ~ 180℃ and the time is 10 ~ 15 minutes.

Step 5: Take the transferred substrate out of the oven, tear off the transfer paper, clean the surface and check the packaging.
