Under normal circumstances, the storage bulk density of cement is calculated as 1.45.

According to the different conditions of each factory, the material storage mode can be elevator storage, chute storage or pneumatic conveying pipeline storage. Bridges can be erected between the top of the silo and between the top of the silo and the frame of the hoist, so as to install the incoming material conveying equipment.

4. Transportation mode and flow rate: the gas discharge time can reach 500 tons.

The traditional silo discharging method generally adopts self-discharging, but with the long-term storage of cement, if there is no external force to promote it, the discharging rate is quite low, generally less than 70%. Because of the special gasification unloading device combining gas fluidization and pneumatic pipeline, the cement in the large steel silo is fluidized first, and stratified flow unloading occurs under the abnormal slope at the bottom of the silo, so even if the bottom area is large, the emptying rate can be guaranteed to be above 90%. When unloading, the cement will be sent out of the warehouse by the conveying pipeline, and sent to the packaging bin or bulk cement tank by lifting equipment or pneumatic conveying equipment. According to the customer's requirements for transportation flow, the transportation capacity of a single pipeline can reach 500T/H, and the combination of double pipes and multiple pipes can be used for larger flow to meet the customer's requirements.

5. Small gas consumption: Because the design concept of gas fluidization, gas homogenization and gas transportation integration is adopted in the warehouse, that is, the principle of multi-purpose in one gas can save a lot of gas sources. Considering the long storage period of cement and the increase of bulk density, high-pressure air is used as the gas source. The comprehensive power consumption for gas homogenization, unloading and transportation of tons of cement is about 0.3 degrees. If the cement is stored for too long, the power consumption will increase relatively.

Sixth, the quality effect of cement preservation: it will not deteriorate after storage for 2 years.

With the extension of storage period, the bulk density of cement increases. Cement is basically vacuum sealed in the airtight isolation of the large steel plate silo wall. This kind of sealing effect is much better than brick, stone and concrete structure, and the cement sealed in bags is incomparable. Practice has proved that the compressive strength of cement stored in large steel plate warehouse for more than two years is basically unchanged, except that the setting time is slightly prolonged and the flexural strength is slightly reduced, and there is no caking phenomenon.

Seven, environmental protection standards: a dust collector can achieve dust-free emissions.

The warehouse roof is a load-bearing dome, and each warehouse roof is equipped with a pulse vibration dust collector, which mainly collects the dust generated when materials are put into storage. Reduce the dust concentration to below 30mg/m3. If the traditional library is used, the number of dust collectors will increase and the investment in environmental protection will increase. For example, a large steel plate warehouse with 25,000 tons of cement has only one entrance, and one dust collector can ensure dust-free discharge, while a circular warehouse with 25 1000 tons of traditional structure needs 25 dust collectors, each of which needs 25 dust collectors, so it is very difficult to control environmental protection only by discharging dust from multiple entrances.

According to the location of the site, it can be arranged in a straight line, triangle, double row or multiple rows, and the direction of the discharge corridor can be flexibly determined according to the site conditions.
