How to Maintain HCS-500 High Frequency Infrared Carbon and Sulfur Analyzer of Shanghai Guo Ke Instruments?

The maintenance methods of HCS-500 series high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer of Shanghai Guo Ke Instrument Daily are as follows:

First, replace the reagent.

This instrument uses high-efficiency CO2 absorbent, high-efficiency decoloring desiccant and timely cotton in the gas path system. When these reagents become hard or discolored, they should be replaced in time. After replacement, the system must be checked for air leakage.

The method of replacing reagents is as follows:

① Take out the reagent tube.

② Take out the timely cotton inserted in the port with tweezers.

③ Dumping invalid reagents.

④ Load new reagents.

⑤ Plug timely cotton at the port.

⑥ Install the reagent tube.

⑦ Check for air leakage.

Secondly, clean the timely burner tube.

In the process of sample analysis, the timely combustion tube is polluted by metal oxides splashed during sample analysis and needs to be removed. Generally, every 24 samples need to be cleaned. If there is a lot of dust, you need to increase the number of cleaning. When cleaning, press and hold the "Ash Unloading" key on the analyzer panel, and the wire wheel brush at the furnace head will automatically descend to clean the timely combustion tube. Loosen the dust discharge key, and the wheel brush will automatically rise and reset, and so on for several times. After a long period of analysis, it is difficult to remove the spatter accumulated on the pipe wall with a wheel brush, so it is necessary to remove the timely combustion pipe for cleaning. The method is as follows:

(1) Press the "Lift" key on the analyzer panel to lower the crucible support.

(2) Turn off the power air source

(3) Remove the "0" type sealing ring at the lower end of the timely combustion pipe.

(4) Unplug the gas pipeline on the burner cleaning assembly.

(5) Loosen the two compression nuts of the furnace head cleaning assembly.

(6) Remove the burner cleaning assembly.

(7) Take out the timely combustion tube.

(8) Soak the timely combustion tube in (1: 3) hydrochloric acid solution heated to 60℃~80℃.

(9) After the splash on the surface of the combustion tube is basically removed, take out the combustion tube and rinse it with clean water.

(10) Brush off the residual dirt with a pipe brush.

(1 1) Put the combustion tube into the oven to dry.

(1 1) Install the combustion tube, the burner cleaning assembly and the "0" sealing ring at the lower end of the combustion tube (the inner wall of the sealing ring is coated with a thin layer of vacuum silicone grease).

(12) for air leakage inspection.

Third, clean the filter.

Furnace head filter screen is easy to retain dust, so it should be cleaned in time. It is usually cleaned once a month. If there is a lot of dust, the cleaning cycle should be shortened. The cleaning steps are as follows:

(1) Turn off the power.

(2) Unplug the air pipe on the burner cleaning assembly.

(3) Loosen the two compression nuts of the burner cleaning assembly.

(4) Remove the burner cleaning assembly.

(5) Hold the burner barrel by hand and turn it out of the burner head cover along the bayonet.

(6) Pull out the filter with two fingers.

(7) Remove the "0" type sealing rings at both ends.

(8) Brush the dust on the inner wall of the filter screen with a tube brush.

(9) Put the filter screen into an ultrasonic cleaning machine for cleaning.

(10) Wash the filter screen with clean water.

(1 1) Put the filter into the oven to dry.

(12) Install O-ring seals at both ends of the filter screen (the inner wall of the seal ring is coated with a thin layer of vacuum silicone grease).

(13) Restore and install the burner cleaning assembly.

(14) for air leakage inspection.

Fourth, clean the dust box.

Dust boxes are usually cleaned once every six months to one year. The cleaning steps are as follows:

(1) Unplug the ash hose from the dust box.

(2) Open the box cover and take out the dust filter.

(3) Empty the dust in the box.

(4) Brush the dust filter with a tube brush.

(5) Installation and recovery

Five, replace the quartz tube brush (wire wheel brush)

The step of replacing that quartz tube brush are as follow:

(1) Turn off the power.

(2) Unplug the gas pipeline on the burner cleaning assembly.

(3) Loosen the two compression nuts of the burner cleaning assembly.

(4) Remove the burner cleaning assembly.

(5) Hold the burner barrel by hand and turn it out of the burner head cover along the bayonet.

(6) Clamp the oxygen blowing rod with a wrench so that it does not rotate, clamp the oxygen blowing nozzle with another small wrench, twist the oxygen blowing nozzle, and remove the quartz tube brush.

(7) put on a new quartz tube brush, not too tight.

(8) Restore the cleaning components of the furnace head.

(9) Check for air leakage.

Six, replace (filter brush) copper wire wheel brush

Replace the filter brush as follows:

(1) Turn off the power.

(2) Unplug the gas pipeline on the burner cleaning assembly.

(3) Loosen the two compression nuts of the burner cleaning assembly.

(4) Remove the burner cleaning assembly.

(5) Hold the burner barrel by hand and turn it out of the burner head cover along the bayonet.

(6) Use a small wrench to block the cylinder rod from rotating, use another small wrench to block the oxygen blowing rod, twist the oxygen blowing rod, and rotate the screen brush.

(7) Replace with a new filter brush.

(8) Restore the cleaning components of the furnace head.

(9) Check for air leakage.
