(1) Providing wrong, inaccurate or misleading information;
(2) Containing obscene, pornographic, naked and adult content;
(3) Contains or transmits any destructive code, including malicious interference, improper interception or requisition of any system, data or personal information;
(4) Showing pictures of commodities unrelated to the commodity list;
(5) Undertaking business for businesses other than WISH on other platforms or WISH platforms, directly selling goods or promoting network platforms, services and physical stores other than WISH by using WISH platform;
(6) selling goods that are recognized by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) as harmful to consumers and recalled;
(7) Upload any commodity information on WISH (or in transactions starting with WISH) that will cause WISH to violate applicable laws, regulations, norms, rules or this Agreement;
(8) Cheating or selling illegal goods, imitations and stolen goods; Fraud refers to the behavior that merchants deliberately inform buyers of false information, or deliberately conceal the real situation to induce buyers to buy; Illegal commodities refer to commodity information and commodities (including packaging) containing illegal contents; Counterfeiting refers to forging or imitating a trademark identical with or similar to its registered trademark on the product body or packaging without the permission of the registered trademark owner, as well as products with poor quality; Stealing goods refers to obtaining public and private property by illegal possession, secret theft or theft;
(9) Defamation, malicious slander, illegal threats, illegal harassment, impersonation or imitation of others (including but not limited to WISH employees or other businesses), false statements or confusion or misunderstanding caused by using similar e-mail addresses, nicknames, wrong accounts or other methods and equipment;
(10) Infringement (including the infringement of selling goods), infringing the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, other ownership, intellectual property rights, publishing rights or privacy rights of a third party (see WISH's intellectual property policy); Prohibited sexual behaviors include but are not limited to: 1) Goods that sell or display celebrity portraits include portraits, photos, names, signatures and autographs; 2) Unauthorized sale or display of goods containing third-party brands or trademarks; (3) selling privately produced pirated videos or audio recordings;
(1 1) Modify, adapt, invade WISH or modify another webpage to falsely imply that its behavior is related to WISH;
