Major achievements of geological survey system

(1) established the basic theory and method of digital geological survey PRB (geological point, route geological observation and geological boundary line are the core elements in digital mapping theory, abbreviated as PRB), which solved the problem that it is difficult to realize computer field data collection in the whole process of geological survey for more than 30 years and meet the needs of geologists in different disciplines, and established the digital model of the whole process of geological mapping.

(2) A number of integrated technologies have been broken through, and a multi-scale digital geological survey software has been developed, covering geological survey, solid mineral exploration, ore body simulation, grade estimation, resource estimation and mining system optimization. The whole process of geological mapping and solid mineral exploration is digitized.

The hardware system of digital geological survey is integrated, including PDA, GPS+ digital compass, portable computer, digital camera, video camera, tape recorder and so on. To provide geologists with an intelligent field data collector. Based on the integration technology of GPS+ECOMPASS, RS and GIS, the solution of embedded GIS spatial data model, index, compression/decompression and rapid visualization of image data is created, and the integration of geological survey data with remote sensing, geophysics, geochemistry and other multi-source data is realized. Based on components, middleware, data modeling and database, workflow and other comprehensive technologies, the field handheld geological data acquisition system and digital mapping desktop system (geological route and geological profile) are developed, which realizes seamless connection between different platforms and solves the consistency of geological record updating (marking) (ensuring the three-level consistency of survey area). It also provides the consistency (understanding-improvement-understanding-improvement) between the technical process of integrated data processing and digital mapping and the traditional mapping process, establishes the inheritance and transmission technology of PRB data stream "stack" and data models in different stages, establishes the interoperability of field route database, field general map database, physical map database, profile map database and databases in different stages, creates the spatial database mode of geological map, and develops the auxiliary inspection tool of spatial database.

(3) Innovatively developed and integrated the world's first geological GPS digital compass integrated with field data acquisition system, and realized the digitalization and automation of geological occurrence measurement and positioning. Obtained 1 design patents and 1 national invention patents.

(4) The technical process of digital geological mapping is established, and the technical specification of digital regional geological survey is compiled.
