In this way, in the process of maintenance and disassembly of the axle, the inner and outer bearings will not be disassembled, but will be disassembled as a whole with the hub, which is simple to maintain and operate and high in efficiency. 3.2 ECO PLUS In order to improve the sealing performance and reduce the bearing maintenance work, BPW Company has introduced ECO PLUS, which has the following characteristics: the shaft end bearing adopts roller bearing conforming to DIN ISO standard, which is more versatile; The locking form of shaft end nut is improved, from bolt locking to keyway locking; Selection of multiple sealing systems, as shown in Figure 7; A bearing cavity ring is added for bearing protection during maintenance and provides a lubrication channel. 3.3 ECO PLUS 2 At this IAA Auto Show, BPW Company launched the latest ECO PLUS 2 axle, further reducing the maintenance cost of the ECO PLUS axle (of course, ECO PLUS has a warranty commitment of up to 5+3 years without mileage limit); At the same time, the weight of each axle can be reduced by up to 3kg. The 12mm offset design in the hub design has also been thoroughly improved. Another practical improvement is the axle end cover, the bayonet end cover used for the first time in the ECO PLUS 2 axle, which can be easily and reliably disassembled.
