Article 5 Supplementary Provisions
1. This "Conditions" refers to the professional skills of front-line teachers in primary and secondary schools (kindergartens) or teaching research and training institutions at all levels engaged in education, teaching and research. Basic application and review conditions that must be met for the qualifications of third-level, second-level, first-level, senior, and full-senior teacher positions in personnel review.
2. The papers mentioned in this "Conditions" refer to academic journals with domestic unified serial numbers (CN) and publications designated by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Education.
The "core journals" referred to in this "Conditions" refer to the academic journals published in the latest "Chinese Core Journal Catalog" published by Peking University Library.
The works referred to in this "Conditions" refer to works in this major that have the International Standard Book Number (ISBN) symbol and are publicly published.
The books and papers mentioned in this "Conditions" refer to this major, and their authors (completers) are all independent or ranked first.
Anything preceded by "above" in this "Conditions" includes this level.
3. The Provincial Department of Personnel and the Provincial Department of Education are responsible for the interpretation of this "Conditions".
4. This "Conditions" shall be implemented from the date of issuance. "Guizhou Province Middle School Middle and Senior Teacher Qualification Application and Evaluation Conditions" (Trial Implementation) (Qianrentong [2007] No. 86), "Guizhou Province Primary School Senior and Primary School Middle and Senior Teacher Qualification Application and Evaluation Conditions" (Trial Implementation) ( Qian Ren Tong [2007] No. 87) and "Guizhou Province Kindergarten Senior Teacher Qualification Application and Evaluation Conditions" (Trial) (Qian Ren Tong [2007] No. 88) are abolished at the same time.

Instructions for use:
1. The entire system is divided into four parts : Teaching performance evaluation (evaluated by the school organization), leadership evaluation (leaders refer to school, department, and office leaders), peer evaluation (peers refer to more than 5 peer experts organized by the school), student parent evaluation (students refer to classroom teaching) parents of all students).
The weights are combined with specific scores to formulate points that reflect the weights, namely teaching performance 55, full score 55 points; leadership 15, full score 15 points; peers 15, full score 15 points; parents of students 15, full score 15 points; a total of 100, 100 points .
2. The scoring method uses the direct accumulation method of points. When used, the evaluators will first give an honest score, and then the statisticians will accumulate the scores one by one, and then calculate the average score of each type of evaluator based on the number of evaluators of each type. After the average evaluation score is calculated, the total teacher evaluation score can be accumulated.
3. Each school can formulate detailed indicators for this system based on its specific situation.
