Liaoning University, referred to as "Liaoning University", is located at No.66 Chongshan Middle Road, Huanggu District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. The school is headed by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government and jointly established by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education. It is a national "double-class" construction university and a national "2 1 1 project" key construction university.
