◆Changning City Employment Service Bureau

Basic information: Changning City Labor and Employment Service Bureau was formerly Changning County Labor Service Company. It was established in 1980 and was upgraded to deputy section level in 1987. It is a public institution affiliated to Changning Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. On September 1, 1996, in accordance with the spirit of Chang Bianfa [1996] No. 77 document, it was renamed "Changning County Labor and Employment Service Bureau". After Changning County was removed from the county and established as a city, it was renamed "Changning City Labor and Employment Service Bureau" in accordance with the spirit of Changrenfa [1996] No. 9 document.

In 2010, 53,000 people were insured by the basic medical insurance for urban employees; 123,000 were insured by the basic medical insurance for urban residents; and 51,000 were insured by mutual aid for serious illness. A total of 68 million yuan of funds were collected throughout the year; 44.6 million yuan of various medical benefits were paid.

Functions and responsibilities: Handle basic medical insurance and maternity insurance for urban residents and cadres and employees in the city. Basic situation: On May 22, 1995, Changning County Committee Standing Committee meeting studied, Changning County issued (1995) No. 12 document, It was agreed to establish the Changning County Government Institutions Social Insurance Office as a deputy department-level unit. On November 19, 1996, it was renamed Changning City Government Institutions Social Insurance Office as Changning County was removed from the county and established as a city. It is affiliated to Changning City Human Resources and Social Security bureau. There are currently 26 cadres and employees and 6 stock rooms. Responsible for signing service agreements with designated medical institutions, vocational rehabilitation institutions and assistive device equipment institutions for work-related injuries, and undertaking related work related to the transfer of insured work-related injuries to other places for treatment. Responsible for the medical follow-up and vocational rehabilitation management of employees in insured units who suffer from work-related injuries and occupational diseases. ◆Changning Rural Social Pension Insurance Administration Bureau

Basic situation: According to the spirit of Changning Document No. 201012, Changning Social Insurance Premium Collection Management Center was renamed on October 26, 2010 It is the Changning Rural Social Pension Insurance Administration Bureau, affiliated to the Changning Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, a deputy section-level full-service public institution with 13 current staff. Changning City's new rural social pension insurance (referred to as New Rural Insurance) pilot project was officially launched on November 28, 2010. Our city became the second pilot county and city in Hengyang City after Leiyang City. Changning Rural Social Pension Insurance Administration Bureau has five departments: insurance participation management, personal account management, benefit issuance, collection and finance.

Functions and responsibilities: Responsible for the registration, fund collection, personal account management, benefit assessment and payment of social pension insurance for urban and rural residents in the city. Responsible for the transfer and continuation of pension insurance relationships for urban and rural residents, financial accounting statements, and file management. ◆Changning Municipal Labor Dispute Arbitration Court
