What are the minimum red blood cell blood group antigens that should be included in an antibody screening test?

The red blood cells used in the antibody screening test are usually two or three O-type red blood cells as a set of reagents. Each set of reagents screened red blood cells contains at least the following common antigens: D, C, E , c, e, M, N, S, s, P, Lea, Leb, K, k, Fya, Fyb, Jka, Jkb; laboratories with insufficient conditions may not have Lua, V, Cw, Kpa, Jsb antigen.
