Xiji Schindler was originally named Xiji Elevator, and was later acquired by Swiss Schindler Elevator, known as Xiji Schindler.
The difference between Schindler and KONE is that KONE, the giant, bought it with money, without KONE's technology. Sigi Schindler was acquired by Schindler in Switzerland with technology, and Schindler in Switzerland holds 56% of the shares.
Let's start with the giant Kone. Last year, we were selling the giant Kone's ladder, but now we don't do it. Now we are doing the ladder of KONE, and the accessories of giant KONE and KONE are completely different. Only one uses the same, that is, the control cabinet and the motherboard. What is KONE's proudest technology? Everyone in the industry knows the butterfly motor technology. Yes, KONE's best technology is butterfly motor technology. The traction machine is very thin, powerful, energy-saving and environment-friendly, and the running temperature is low. But this technology does not give the giant an elevator, but a door machine, which is different from the door head of the hall door. There are also accessories that can't be compared with KONE. Of course, the price is not as expensive as KONE.
Let's talk about Xiji Schindler. We are now the agents of Sigi Schindler. I'm not selling melons to brag. First, I am not a salesman of the manufacturer. I'm just a local agent. It doesn't matter to me how much the manufacturer sells. . Second, we are a professional elevator installation and maintenance company. Our main job is the later maintenance. We can't sell elevators because it will affect our reputation. The most important thing is that the failure rate of the elevator is too high in the later stage. If the annual elevator maintenance is fixed, the failure rate is high, and my visit rate is also high, which will inevitably increase the company's expenses. Get down to business.
Last year, we installed 36 ladders of Xiji Schindler, and of course we sold them ourselves. There are three most valuable accessories in the elevator, 1 control cabinet, 2 door cranes, 3 traction machines and 4 frequency converters. Let's talk about the control system first. The control system belongs to Siemens. There are several Siemens control systems in the elevator industry, which are much more expensive than the general ones. Secondly, relays and contactors are Siemens. The quality can't be said. Omron is generally used for elevator relays and contactors in China, which is more than Schneider's, but almost inferior to Siemens. Let's talk about the door machine again. The portal crane is a direct-drive portal crane independently developed by Schindler (with some patented technologies). The traction machine, the heart of the elevator, and Schindler are all made of Boma. The frequency converter is made by Emerson in Britain, and most domestic brands are made by Fuji or An Chuan (good). The second small factories are all integrated machines (Monaque or Xinshida). Sigi Schindler's car buttons come standard in Braille. Although it is rarely used, the manufacturer is considerate (Braille usually costs extra diplomatic money), and the display boards on the carriage and the first floor are all LCD, which is very high-grade (other manufacturers add money).
Xiji Schindler has several patents, which other elevators don't have, such as the anti-disassembly door, which you can't disassemble in the car. The best thing is the device to prevent the elevator from opening indiscriminately. All elevators in the market use a piece of iron and a photoelectric switch to make the elevator flat floor. Xiji Schindler uses IC card to control the elevator floor, one above the car and one below (you can't say that you won't know until you see the ladder).
We now represent four brands, namely, Finland Kone, Sigi Schindler, Li Kang Elevator and Sino Elevator. Now, except Huarui Wind Power, the other three elevators are selling well. Kone is suitable for high-end residential buildings and high-end office buildings, Xiji Schindler is suitable for high-end office buildings and houses, Li Kang belongs to the middle end, and Huarui belongs to the low end.
I have to make it clear to you that Xiji Schindler and Giant Kone both have low-cost ladders.
There are two kinds of Schindler: one is the excellent SL6000 series passenger elevator, and the other is the low-cost residential ladder SL6000 Ruichi series.
The same is true of Kone, a giant. One is the 30K passenger elevator with excellent quality, and the other is the 33K passenger elevator with low price. I forgot whether 30 is a low price or 33 is a low price. . .
I suggest you choose Sigi Schindler, because we installed this ladder, and the quality is really unbelievable, as good as Finland's.
About the acquisition.
The after-sales service of each elevator manufacturer is similar, just so-so. Therefore, manufacturers are willing to cooperate with our qualified agents. Ladders will be sold to agents at low prices, and now we sell them to customers, because it is impossible for manufacturers to raise their own installation teams. We will install it ourselves and do the post-maintenance ourselves.
