When debugging gas fire extinguishing system, how to carry out simulated jet test on all protected areas or protected objects?

When debugging the gas fire extinguishing system, the simulated jet test shall be conducted for all protected areas or protected objects according to the following regulations: 1, IG54 1. The mixed gas fire extinguishing system and high-pressure carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system shall be tested with fire extinguishing agents containing them, and the number of storage containers used in the test shall be 5% of the design consumption of the selected test protected area or protected object, and shall not be less than 1. 2. Low-pressure carbon dioxide system should adopt carbon dioxide fire extinguishing agent for simulated injection test. The test shall be carried out in the longest protected area or protected object of the pipeline, and the spraying amount shall not be less than 10% of the design amount. 3. Halon fire extinguishing agent should not be used in the simulated air injection test of halon fire extinguishing system. Nitrogen and compressed air storage containers should be the same as the fire extinguishing agent storage containers used in the protected area or the protected object to be tested in terms of structure, specifications and models, and the connection and control methods should be the same. The filling pressure of nitrogen or compressed air should be implemented according to the design requirements. The number of nitrogen or compressed air storage containers should not be less than 20% of the number of fire extinguishing agent storage containers and should not be less than 1. 4. Analog startup mode should adopt automatic startup mode.

The injection simulation test results shall meet the following requirements: 1, the delay time shall be consistent with the set time, and the response time shall meet the requirements. 2. Relevant acousto-optic alarm signals are correct. 3. Relevant control valves are working normally. 4. After the signal feedback device operates, the deflation indicator lamp outside the gas protection zone should work normally. 5. There is no obvious shaking and mechanical damage to the equipment in the storage container room and the fire extinguishing agent delivery pipeline corresponding to the protected area or the protected object. 6. The test gas can be injected into the protected area or the protected object, and can be ejected from each nozzle.
