Can I apply for a utility model patent for the technical scheme involving computer software?

Utility model refers to a new technical scheme suitable for practical use for the shape, structure or combination of products. Simple software doesn't have shape and structure, so it can't apply for utility model. Since the utility model is not actually examined, authorization is also possible if the form is satisfied.
