Graduated from Wuhan University of Water Conservancy and Electric Power in 1997 with a master's degree. His research direction was load forecasting based on neural networks. In December 2003, he graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in the power system and automation major with a Ph.D. The research direction is the optimal dispatch of power systems in a market operating environment. In December 2006, he completed the research work of the postdoctoral mobile station of Hunan University. The research direction is the modeling and characteristic analysis of complex technical and economic systems. In 2009, he carried out collaborative research in the Department of Electric Power of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, with the research direction of analyzing the impact of renewable energy on grid optimization dispatch. In 1997, he served as a teacher at Changsha Electric Power University. In 2004, he was promoted to associate professor at Changsha University of Science and Technology. In 2007, he was promoted to professor at Changsha University of Science and Technology. He currently teaches at the School of Electrical and Information Engineering at Changsha University of Science and Technology. In recent years, he has published more than 30 papers in important domestic and foreign journals as the first author or corresponding author, including 9 papers in foreign journals and 2/22 papers included in SCI/EI; he has won 8 provincial and ministerial scientific research awards and software copyrights. 2 projects and 2 patent applications; in 2008, he was selected into the Ministry of Education’s New Century Talent Support Program, hosted 1 National Natural Science Foundation project, and completed the Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation project and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation project.
