China Patent Excellence Award is an intellectual property award sponsored by China National Intellectual Property Administration, China, and it is one of the highest-level intellectual property awards in China. China Patent Awards are divided into three levels: China Patent Gold Award, Silver Award, Excellence Award and China Design Gold Award, Silver Award and Excellence Award.
