The second and third batch of "assured stores" selection activities and the first and second stages of retailer training were carried out. A total of 82 "assured stores" were selected and 2,380 retailers were trained. I just want to get by, don't work too hard and don't think about how to do it better.
Fourth, the leadership level and external coordination ability need to be further strengthened in future work. Through learning, we will constantly improve our leadership level, improve our ability to distinguish right from wrong, improve our political acumen and discrimination, be good at seeing the essence through phenomena, stand at the height of the overall situation, look at problems from the overall interests, and solve problems.
The root of these problems is the problem of thinking and working methods, but mainly the lack of understanding of Scientific Outlook on Development and Scientific Outlook on Development. In view of the above problems, I will look for the reasons from the depths of my mind, seriously reflect and improve, often carry out self-criticism, start from myself, start from small things, do every job and everything well, and improve my comprehensive quality. (1) Strengthen theoretical study and improve comprehensive quality. First, learning experience.

By studying the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third, Fourth and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 17th National Congress and Comrade Hu Jintao's speech at the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Party, we should learn from Comrade Yang Shanzhou and comprehensively improve the level of personal political theory with Scientific Outlook on Development as the core. First, adhere to the people-oriented, governing for the people, and always put the interests of the masses first. Second, the existing problems
As a member and deputy director of the bureau, I am in charge of high-tech enterprises, intellectual property rights, investment promotion, and responsible for the science and technology entrepreneurship service center. Under the correct leadership of the bureau party group, all tasks can be accomplished well. Since the beginning of this year, in terms of project application, the center has applied for three platform construction projects this year, of which 1 has passed the defense, 1 has been publicized, and others are being followed up, and organized enterprises to apply for four national innovation funds. According to the time schedule, the investment promotion work has been completed%. The number of patent applications has increased significantly compared with the same period last year. This year, we focused on the work of entrepreneurship center, and introduced eight enterprises in the first half of the year. At present, the incubation rate of enterprises has reached 90%. Although the work has improved, there is still a big gap from the requirements of the municipal party Committee, the municipal government and the party group. Through self-examination and the opinions of comrades, I found myself with the following shortcomings.
1, study is not tight enough. In theoretical study, the study of theoretical knowledge and business knowledge is not systematic. Only pay attention to participate in collective learning and relax the requirements for individual self-study. Even if you take part in collective study, you just read newspaper documents, take notes, think about problems with your hands, and have a deep understanding of the principles and policies of your superiors; In business study, we are only satisfied with the existing knowledge and experience, and can't keep up with the needs of development.
2. Insufficient innovation. The work lacks pioneering and innovative spirit, thinking that it is enough to do the work according to the requirements assigned by the superiors, and the work lacks characteristics. Especially in the work of entrepreneurship center, the close contact with enterprises only stays in the basic service, which fails to dig deep, and the service ability and level of the center are limited.
3. The investigation is not thorough. For various reasons, I have little heart-to-heart communication with subordinates and grassroots, and I can't grasp their ideological trends in time, and I don't have enough communication to understand their real feelings and urgent needs, and I still lack in-depth understanding of hidden deep-seated contradictions and problems.
4. The overall concept is not strong enough. Usually, we only pay attention to the work within our own responsibilities and don't think much about the overall work. I don't think that as a member of the team, I have the responsibility and obligation to start from the overall work, not only to do things within my own responsibility, but also to take the initiative to care about the overall work. Facing the new situation and problems, I didn't think too much seriously, lacking the overall concept and sense of urgency.
Third, the next direction of efforts
1, further strengthen theoretical study. In my future work, I will insist on learning by doing and learning by doing.
