Shenzhen's inscription reads: "Shenzhen's development and experience have proved that our policy of establishing special economic zones is correct." Zhuhai's inscription reads: "Zhuhai Special Economic Zone is good." Xiamen's inscription reads: "Make the special economic zone faster and better." The inscription in Baosteel is: "To master new technology, you must be good at learning and innovation."
