1. The representative manufacturer of G test is the G test detection system of Charles River Laboratory Company of the United States. This system mainly detects the cell wall component of fungi-(1,3)-β-D-glucan. The cellular components and extracellular fluids of other microorganisms, animals and humans do not contain this component. The company has also developed a gram-negative bacterial lipopolysaccharide detection reagent called the Limulus test based on this detection system.
2. In 1997, Beijing Jinshanchuan Technology Development Co., Ltd. was formally established; it independently developed the EDS-98 bacterial endotoxin quantitative detection system. In 1998, we independently developed the EDS-99 bacterial endotoxin quantitative detection system and obtained a national patent. In 2000, Tianjin Yirui Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. was established; independently developed G test, GM test test kits, endotoxin test kits and testing equipment; and obtained the national key new product certificate (EDS-99 bacterial endotoxin analyzer).
