1. When bamboo first grows, it is very tender. You can inject highly alkaline wine or wine slurry into the cavity of tender bamboo by ordinary injection method, and then with the growth of bamboo, the wine absorbs dew and nutrients in bamboo to make bamboo wine. This common method is suitable for most manufacturers with low technical requirements. However, wine can only be grown in the spring when bamboo shoots grow. Because bamboo grows hard, it is impossible to grow wine in other seasons.

2. The effective components of 18 Chinese herbal medicine were blended with sorghum liquor by using the patented technology of minimally invasive high pressure, then injected into bamboo, and then participated in the photosynthesis of bamboo life cycle, absorbing the dew in the morning and the nutrients in bamboo, removing the astringency and harmful components of methanol in the wine, and finally making bamboo wine.
