What does the patent center mean?

The Patent Center is China Patent Information Center, and the predecessor of China Patent Information Center is the Automation Department of the former China Patent Office. Now it is a public institution directly under China National Intellectual Property Administration, and China National Intellectual Property Administration has given the center the right to manage, use and provide comprehensive services. China Patent Information Center, as a national large-scale patent information service organization, relies on the latest and most comprehensive patent information resources, information collection and service network all over the country and advanced information processing technology to provide fast and high-quality services for domestic and foreign users.

Responsibilities of China Patent Information Center According to the relevant regulations of China National Intellectual Property Administration, the responsibilities of the center are:

To undertake the construction of the automation system of the bureau;

Providing processing, dissemination, retrieval and consulting services for patents and other intellectual property information;

Carry out the exhibition, intermediary, development, implementation and utilization of patented technology, and organize the trial production and trade of patented products;

The development of information engineering and related business services;

Other work assigned by superiors.
