Instructions for submission of journals of Hebei University of Technology

1. The manuscript must be innovative, academic, scientific, accurate, standardized and readable. The length of the paper (including charts) is 6000~8000 words.

2. The thesis requires clear theme, reliable data, strict logic and concise text. The manuscript must include Chinese and English title, author's name, author's unit, Chinese and English abstracts and keywords (5-8), Chinese and English classification numbers, text and references. Brief introduction of the first author (including birth year, gender, nationality, degree, professional title and contact information) and provincial and ministerial level should be indicated in the footnote on the first page of the article.

3. The Chinese abstract of the paper is about 250 words, and the English abstract should be 100~ 120 words. We should try not to use numerical formulas and unexplained codes, and should not include quotations. Its content should reflect the purpose, methods, main achievements and conclusions of the paper, provide as much qualitative or quantitative information as possible, and reflect the innovation of the paper; It should be written in the third person, without using "this article" and "author" as subjects.

4. The choice of keywords should be standardized, and try to choose from the Chinese thesaurus, with Chinese and English keywords corresponding.

5. The serial numbers of chapters and clauses in the paper are marked by international standards, that is, at 1 level, 0, 1, 2, …; The second level uses 1. 1, 1.2, …, 2.2, 2.3, …; The third level is1.1.1.1.2, …, 2.1.2, …; The fourth level is written in 1. 1. 1, …, 2. 1. 1, … with the top box.

6. Figures and tables should be self-explanatory and appear together with the text. Drawings and tables shall be accompanied by corresponding drawing numbers, table numbers, table names and headings (drawings and headings shall be bilingual). Characters and symbols in the graph, scale values and scale lines in the ordinate and abscissa must be clear, and the target should use standard physical quantities (usually represented by one letter) and symbols in the international system of units. 7. The physical quantities and units in this paper must conform to national and international standards. Physical quantities are expressed in italics, and units are expressed in orthography.

8. References are coded in sequence and numbered in the order in which they appear (internal materials, private communications, newspapers and articles to be published are not cited). (1) The abbreviations of foreign authors' names and the names of foreign periodicals in the references do not contain abbreviations.

(2) Foreign language authors always put their surnames first and their first names last, using their initials (China people use their full names instead of abbreviations). There are no commas between names, and there are spaces between two or more initials. All the authors in the literature are listed below 3, the first 3 are listed above 4, followed by "et al". (3) Capitalize the first letter of foreign language titles, and do not write the rest (except proper nouns).

(4) Foreign book titles should be abbreviated according to international standards.

9. When the author submits a manuscript, please provide a printed manuscript. The manuscript can be hired only after it is reviewed by editors and experts and approved by the chief editor. The editorial department will promptly notify the author of any manuscript that is not suitable for publication in this journal. If the author does not receive any notice from the editorial department within 6 months, he can handle the manuscript by himself. Please don't contribute more than one manuscript. If the manuscript meets the requirements of this journal after examination, the printed manuscript should be submitted and the electronic document of the paper should be arranged according to the requirements of Word software.

10. In order to expand the readership of Journal of Hebei University of Technology, this journal signed a CD-ROM publishing and online agreement with China Academic Journals. If the author does not agree to make the papers published in this journal into CD-ROM or online, please indicate it when submitting; If not specified, this print is deemed to agree to access the Internet. The CD-ROM version and the cost of accessing the Internet have been included in the cost of this journal.
