2, 45 years old (including 45 years old) below the intermediate title and above the city's household registration professional and technical personnel.

3. The same employer has continuously paid social security 1 year or more in this city, and applied for household registration after being recommended by the unit and recognized by the human resources and social security department.

Three, the basic conditions of talent settlement policy:

1, full-time undergraduate degree or above, including postgraduate, doctoral and postdoctoral students. Under 45 years old, excluding in-service graduate students and MBA.

2. There is a shortage of full-time specialties, with majors under the age of 35.

3. Engineers, economists, accountants, etc. With intermediate or above titles issued by personnel departments at or above the prefecture level. Under 45 years of age, under 50 years of age with deputy senior titles, under 55 years of age with senior titles.

Inventors and patentees of invention patents must be under 45 years old. Meet one of the above conditions, graduate students or above who work in Hangzhou can settle down first, and then work normally to pay social security. They can apply to the Household Registration Section of the Public Security Bureau for formal household registration in Hangzhou with their academic qualifications or technical titles, and the Household Registration Section of the Public Security Bureau is responsible for the examination.
