How to disassemble the cooler of the injection molding machine

Steps:

1. First use a tape measure to measure the dimensions of the two plywoods of the product and make a record (for final assembly).

2. Disassemble each flange of the cooler and move it to an open space. Open the drain outlet to drain out the remaining water in the cooler.

3. After the water is drained, lay the cooler flat (with the flange side facing down), and then evenly loosen the bolts on the cooler splint. Be sure to loosen symmetrically and use even force. , to prevent the plate from shifting or deforming due to unequal pressure on both sides.

4. After all the bolts are loosened, first remove the top plywood, and then take out all the plates one by one for cleaning. Cooler is a type of heat exchange equipment used to cool fluids. Usually water or air is used as the coolant to remove heat. It can be mainly divided into tube coolers, plate coolers and air-cooled coolers.
