Chi Zeying, born in 1938, is a Beijinger, Han nationality, and a member of the Communist Party of China. Professor at Nanjing University of Science and Technology, doctoral tutor in optical engineering. He studied and graduated from Harbin Military Engineering Institute and Nanjing Artillery Engineering Institute from 1956 to 1962, and stayed at the school to teach for more than 40 years.
