You can't. According to Article 42 of the Patent Law, the term of the invention patent right is 20 years, and the term of the utility model patent and the design patent is 10 years, all of which are counted from the date of filing. The detailed rules for the implementation of the Patent Law stipulate the extension of the time limit as Article 6, but this article also clearly stipulates that "the provisions in the first and second paragraphs of this article shall not apply to the time limit stipulated in Articles 24, 29, 42 and 68 of the Patent Law".
