Mainly engaged in research on the basic theory and key technologies of nano-energy and high-efficiency energy-saving and water-saving heat exchange equipment , involving nanofluid multiphase flow and nanoenergy temperature difference chip power generation, efficient recovery of waste heat and waste energy power generation technology, solar energy, heat pump enthalpy increase, energy storage technology, special gas purification technology and energy-saving and water-saving efficient heat exchange equipment, etc. Proposed a three-dimensional variable space variable flow field controllable turbulent flow high-efficiency energy-saving heat exchanger design method, invented a three-dimensional variable structure processing technology to produce a new generation of high-efficiency energy-saving heat exchangers.

A series of high-efficiency and energy-saving small temperature difference, new-generation high-efficiency and energy-saving heat exchangers have been designed, which are suitable for energy saving, water saving, dust and pollutant waste heat recovery. It can be used in various specifications of shell and tube water-cooled condensers, seawater condensers, shell and tube dry evaporators and flooded evaporators in the refrigeration industry. Application and promotion of heat exchangers in the petroleum, chemical and refining industries and heat exchangers in the power industry: low-gas, oil coolers and large condensing condensers.

Presiding over the Guangdong Provincial “Sailing” Program, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Ministry of Science and Technology’s “863” Program, the Ministry of Education’s University Doctoral Program Fund, the Ministry of Education’s New Century Excellent Talents Support Plan, provincial and municipal science and technology plans, etc. There are many ministerial-level scientific research projects and many achievements have been achieved.
