What is Class I high-value intellectual property?

The so-called "Class I high-value intellectual property rights" shall meet one of the following conditions:

1. Invention patents with the same patent right abroad or other Class I intellectual property rights that earn income abroad, in which patents are limited to invention patents authorized by G20 members, Singapore and the European Patent Office after substantive examination.

2. Class I intellectual property whose service life exceeds 10 years.

3. The first type of intellectual property with a high amount of pledged financing.

4. Class I intellectual property won the National Science and Technology Award or the China Patent Award.
