When does the appraisal time of civil litigation begin?

According to Article 25 of "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Evidence in Civil Proceedings", "the parties shall apply for identification within the time limit of proof." Suppose this patent application was submitted a few minutes before the court closed the case on the last day of the proof period, and it was also within the time limit allowed by law. Of course, the court will accept the case, but there are still many specific procedures to go, and this day is obviously endless. Then, if the time limit for proof has exceeded since the court granted the appraisal, it can only be counted from the time of application. Similarly, if this is counted in the period of proof, the time is not enough, so the appraisal is not counted in the period of proof.
