1, annual fee standard 900 yuan;
2. In the fourth to sixth years, the annual fee standard is 1200 yuan;
3 seventh to ninth years, the annual fee is 2000 yuan;
4. From the tenth year to the twelfth year, the annual fee is 4,000 yuan;
5. From 13 to 15, the annual fee is 6000 yuan;
6. From 16 to 20 years, the annual fee is 8,000 yuan.
The annual patent fee refers to the fee that the patentee shall pay to the Patent Office year by year from the year when the patent right is granted.
The patent applicant or patentee may request the reduction or exemption of the following patent fees:
1. application fee (excluding publication printing fee and application surcharge);
2. Substantive examination fee for an application for a patent for invention;
3. Annual fee (annual fee within six years from the year when the patent right is granted);
4. Review fee.
Where the patent applicant or patentee requests to reduce the patent fee, it shall submit the request for reduction and relevant certification materials. If a patent applicant or patentee submits a patent fee waiver request through the patent affairs service system and it is approved for filing after examination, it only needs to submit the fee waiver request again within a natural year without submitting relevant certification materials.
If an individual requests to reduce or exempt patent fees, he shall truthfully fill in his income of the previous year in the request for fee reduction, and submit the income certificate of the previous year issued by his unit; If there is no fixed job, submit the certificate issued by the county-level civil affairs department or the township people's government where the household registration is located or where the habitual residence is located.
Where an enterprise requests to reduce or exempt patent fees, it shall truthfully fill in the financial difficulties in the request for fee reduction and exemption, and submit a copy of the enterprise income tax return for the previous year. During the period of final settlement, the enterprise shall submit a copy of the annual enterprise income tax return for the previous year. If a public institution, social organization or non-profit scientific research institution requests to reduce or exempt patent fees, it shall submit a copy of the legal person certification materials.

No unit or individual may suppress an inventor or designer's application for a patent for non-service invention-creation.
Article 8
Unless otherwise agreed, the right to apply for a patent belongs to the invention-creation completed in cooperation with two or more units or individuals, or the invention-creation entrusted by other units or individuals; After the application is approved, the applicant unit or individual shall be the patentee.
Article 9
The same invention can only be granted a patent right. However, if the same applicant applies for a patent for utility model and a patent for invention at the same time on the same day, and the patent for utility model obtained earlier has not been terminated, and the applicant abandons the patent for utility model, the patent for invention may be granted.
Where two or more applicants apply for a patent for the same invention-creation, the patent right shall be granted to the first applicant.
