2. The flue installation slope is too small or no condensate collection device is installed. The wall-hung boiler flue should have a certain slope when installed (the one outside the house is higher than the one inside the house), otherwise the high-temperature flue gas will be discharged to the outside and the condensed water will flow backward into the wall-hung boiler. On rainy days, rainwater will flow back into the wall-mounted boiler. If the vertical flue section exceeds 500 mm, a matching condensate collection device must be installed, otherwise it will also cause the water vapor in the flue gas to condense and flow back. The installation is not firm: When the wall-mounted boiler is fixed to the wall, if the hooks are not tightly connected, the noise of the wall-mounted boiler may become louder and louder after use. 6. Failure to check the pipeline before installation: Before installing the wall-mounted boiler, check whether the built-in water pump has residual impurities and blockages.
