Submit the abstract of the food patent specification; To apply for a food patent, it is also necessary to submit a summary of the instructions, briefly introducing the process or formula of the applied food and its benefits. After all the materials are submitted, it begins to enter the examination and approval stage of food invention patents: acceptance, preliminary examination, publication, actual examination and authorization.
