If modification of technical scheme is involved, modification is not allowed; If the claim is modified in form or within the scope disclosed in the original specification, it can be modified on its own initiative. Specifically, you can make active amendments within 3 months from the date of submitting the request for substantive examination and receiving the notice from China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Office that the application for a patent for invention has entered the substantive examination stage.
