Ma Hongwen is a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor at China University of Geosciences (Beijing). He once served as deputy director of the Department of Geology and Mineral Resources, director of the Department of Materials Science, and vice president of China University of Geosciences (Beijing), and concurrently served as director of the National Professional Laboratory of Mineral Materials. Mainly engaged in research on mineral materials science and technology, green processing of mineral resources and environmental effects, chemical equilibrium and material design of silicate systems, crystalline rock thermodynamics and phase equilibrium, etc. Since 1993, he has been committed to the research on key technologies for the efficient and clean utilization of potassium salts and potassium fertilizers from water-insoluble potassium resources. Since 2003, he has been engaged in research on the technology for extracting alumina from non-traditional aluminum resources such as high-aluminum fly ash and coal gangue. , during which he published more than 190 academic papers. Obtained more than 20 invention patents and successfully transferred 8 patents. Published 6 textbooks and monographs and won many awards.
