How to practice jump shot in basketball?

Jump shot mainly needs the strength of waist and abdomen muscles, so we can strengthen this training. In terms of technology, it is still based on fixed-point shooting. Remember: shooting is a coordinated effort of the whole body muscles, not the patent of the arm.
