Can Hefei's housing accumulation fund buy a house in Fuyang? If yes, what procedures are needed?

From June 23, Fuyang adjusted the amount of provident fund loans, and the maximum amount was adjusted from the current unilateral maximum loan of 350,000 yuan to the maximum loan of 300,000 yuan; If both husband and wife pay housing provident fund, the maximum loanable amount will be adjusted from 500,000 yuan to 400,000 yuan; Except for three districts and five counties in Fuyang City, all off-site provident funds have been suspended from buying houses in Fuyang.

At present, the main reason why the off-site provident fund can't get a loan in Fuyang is because of the large funding gap, and it has been unable to get a loan since the application.

The Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Center issued the Notice on Standardizing Housing Provident Fund Loans to Purchase Houses in Different Places (hereinafter referred to as the Notice), which stipulates that employees who have continuously paid the housing provident fund in full 1 year or more in Fuyang can apply for housing provident fund loans to Fuyang Housing Provident Fund Management Center (including the management department) with the online purchase contract and down payment receipt.

At the same time, the notice also requires that the relevant loans must be mortgaged by local real estate, or by securities and bank deposit certificates.

In addition, in addition to meeting the normal deposit time limit, if you deposit a house in Fuyang in other provinces of this city, you can also apply for a public loan in Fuyang Housing Provident Fund Management Center (including the management department) with the online filing contract and down payment receipt of the house in Fuyang.

"When applying for public loans, in addition to providing the materials required for the deposit of employee loans in the region, it should also provide the deposit certificate of employee housing provident fund issued by the housing provident fund management institution in the deposit place (indicating that there is no provident fund loan at present)."
