There are several ways to pay the annual fee:
1) Online payment: Users who apply for registration electronically can log on to China Patent Electronic Application Network (/) and use the online payment system to pay patent fees.
2) Bank/post office remittance transfer: the payer can remit the patent fee through the bank or post office. When remitting patent fees through banks or post offices, the correct application number (or patent number) and fee name (or abbreviation) shall be stated in the postscript column of the remittance slip.
3) Face-to-face with the patent office/agency: the payer can pay the patent fee directly at the charging window of the patent office or agency, and the payment date is the payment date.
