1. has full capacity for civil conduct;
2. Has obtained a college degree or above in science and engineering recognized by the state, and obtained a diploma or degree certificate.
Registration process:
Applicants who take part in the patent agent qualification examination should register through the registration system in the special column of "Patent Agent Qualification Examination" on the website of China National Intellectual Property Administration Municipal Government (ipa.gov.cn).
1. Forecast name. Forecast the name through the registration system, and no supplementary report will be made after the deadline. Applicants who apply for exemption from the examination of patent agency practice subjects shall also apply within the above-mentioned time.
2. Qualification examination. After the prediction is successful, the intellectual property management department of the test center will examine the qualifications of the applicants.
3. Payment confirmation. Applicants who have passed the qualification examination shall pay the examination registration fee to the intellectual property administrative department of the selected test center according to the prompt of the registration system.
Registration materials:
When registering, the applicant should fill in or upload the following materials:
1. annual patent agent qualification examination registration form and patent agent qualification pre-application form.
2. A scanned copy of my valid ID card.
3. A scanned copy of my education/degree certificate.
4. The electronic version of my bareheaded photos with blue background in the last three months. The specific requirements are as follows:
(1) The photo size is 48mm×33mm, the portrait head width is 2 1 mm-24 mm, and the head length is 28mm-33mm；;
(2) Requirements for electronic parts: JPG format, file size between 30k- 120k, resolution of 300dpi, width of 390 pixels and height of 567 pixels.
This photo will be the only photo of my qualification examination, admission ticket and patent agent qualification certificate. In order to ensure the accuracy of image recognition, the background color of photos should meet the requirements of standard blue background photos, and photos with severe stretching should not be used.
5. Scanned letter of commitment for patent agent qualification application. The applicant should download the electronic version of the Letter of Commitment for Patent Agent Qualification Application in the registration system, and upload the scanned copy after being signed by himself.
