In 1989, the CG1-30B automatic trolley-type gas cutting machine designed and completed by Wang Zhiqiang was equipped with a flame adjustment controller with four functions: ignition, preheating, cutting, and shutting down. At the same time, it was designed with the trolley The walking synchronization device makes the operation of this machine easier, the gas cutting is faster and the quality is higher. The key technology has obtained a national patent. In the same year, it passed the technical appraisal of the Ministry of Metallurgy and won the Wuxi Science and Technology Progress Award, becoming the leading product of the entire factory.
Since 1990, Wang Zhiqiang has also presided over and participated in the development of the XG2-150 profiling gas cutting machine, the QG2-1800 burning and stripping gun, the H01-2 military field butane gun, and the anti-explosion gun. A batch of new products such as the anti-backfire jet-suction welding and cutting torch have won two national patents and one Wuxi Excellent New Product Award. They have made positive contributions to promoting the company's scientific and technological progress and promoting its sustainable development.
