1. Bonuses issued to case informants and bonuses to rural township collective ownership units that assist in solving the case in accordance with regulations;
2. Transportation and warehousing of detained and confiscated materials ( Including simple warehouse construction), cleaning and other expenses;
3. Detective investigation subsidy. Including travel expenses for detecting, investigating, and hearing cases, and subsidies for professional case handling conferences;
4. Fuel and repair subsidies for special vehicles and boats for handling cases;
5. Case handling business expenses subsidy. Including case-handling publicity fees, bulk document printing fees, laboratory identification and other subsidies;
6. Subsidies for other expenses. This includes case-handling subsidies allocated to joint case-handling units, whistleblower reception fees, one-time bonuses issued to front-line law enforcement personnel in accordance with regulations, and other special expenses approved by the financial authorities at the same level.
"Case handling fee subsidies" shall not be used to increase staffing expenditures and capital construction expenditures; it is strictly prohibited to issue excessive bonuses to law enforcement officers.
