Chapter 4. 1.2 of Part I of the Patent Examination Guide stipulates as follows:

The name of the invention generally does not exceed 25 words. Under special circumstances, for example, some inventions in the field of chemistry may be allowed up to 40 words.

Utility model:

The provisions of Section 4. 1 in Chapter I of this Part shall apply. (same as above).

Design:

The product name generally does not exceed 20 words.
