1. The object of this application for changing majors is undergraduate students of grade 202 1.
Two, students can apply for a major according to the following conditions:
1. Condition 1: At the end of the first academic year, students who have passed all courses (including make-up exams and re-exams) required by the talent training program of this major, and the weighted average scores of compulsory courses (formal exams) rank in the top 20% in the same grade and major, can apply to transfer to relevant majors that meet the requirements.
2. Condition 2: If a student does have a specialty or interest and can give full play to his specialty by changing majors, he can apply to change to a major related to his major. When applying for a major change, you need to provide the expertise certification materials related to the major change, including: the papers published by the first author in Chinese core journals, the first prize certificate of university-level and above discipline competitions (the first team award ranked 1, the first provincial award ranked 3, and the first national award ranked 4), and the national invention patent authorization. The certification materials shall be reviewed, approved and publicized by three or more experts in the corresponding disciplines to be transferred to the college.
3. Condition 3: At the end of the first academic year, students who fail to meet the requirements of Condition 1 and Condition 2 can apply to transfer to relevant majors that meet the requirements, and their college entrance examination scores reach the minimum admission score of the province where the students live. If there is no reference data of the province where it is located in that year, it will be determined by referring to the enrollment situation of Hunan Province. If you are not sure, the school admissions department will make a comprehensive evaluation according to the overall enrollment situation of the year.
4. If there are national policies and regulations, they shall be implemented according to relevant documents.
Three, students have one of the following circumstances, are not allowed to transfer to related majors:
1. For those who are admitted in the form of special enrollment, there are relevant national regulations or clear agreements with the school before admission (including publicly-funded normal students, Turpan orientation, inland Xinjiang classes, inland Tibet classes, separate schools in southern Xinjiang, Sino-foreign cooperative schools, etc.). ) can't transfer to other majors.
2. Students who take separate exams and sign up for vocational high school counterparts, sports training, martial arts and traditional national sports cannot be transferred to other majors; Students majoring in music, dance, fine arts, physical education, broadcasting and hosting, editing and directing cannot transfer to other majors; Students from other majors cannot choose to transfer to such majors. Students who are recommended by foreign language middle schools to be admitted to language classes cannot apply for transfer to non-foreign language majors.
3. Students who have completed large-scale diversion cannot apply for transfer to other majors in this category; In line with the school's policy of changing majors in the current year, you can apply to transfer to a major outside this category.
4. The subjects selected for the college entrance examination do not meet the conditions for applying for a major in that year.
5. Being punished by demerit above and being punished.
6. Retired scholars should retain their school status or be expelled.
7. I changed my major once at school.
