Difference between hollow hydraulic wrench and square drive hydraulic wrench

1. The speed of the hydraulic wrench depends on the size of the cross-sectional area of the piston of the hydraulic wrench and the length of the driving arm driving the ratchet under the same flow rate of the hydraulic pump station.

2. Because the bolts are distributed in flange shape at the slewing support position and the specifications of the opposite sides of the nuts are the same, it is recommended to use a hollow hydraulic wrench, which is directly sleeved on the nuts and reacts with the adjacent nuts, which is very convenient to operate (the transmission shaft type needs a sleeve).

3. TX-2 and TX-4 produced by TorcUP Company in America are widely used in slewing bearings. Main advantages: 1) plane design of integral wrench (global patent of "peanut oil cylinder") and no eccentric load. 2. The cross-sectional area of the piston in the whole oil cylinder is 30% smaller than that of other brands, so the efficiency is 30% faster.

4. The hollow hydraulic wrench will not be biased when assembling and using the slewing bearing, while the transmission shaft wrench itself has torque and will be biased.
