7. Claim clause

Article 2: Quality Assurance

Article 3: Time and place of delivery

Article 4: Acceptance

After Party B delivers the supplied equipment to the delivery place for unpacking, installation and debugging, Party A will conduct on-site acceptance, and both parties will sign the Acceptance Reply Form for Goods Purchased by Hangzhou Municipal Government and the Feedback Form for Quality of After-sales Service after Procurement by Hangzhou Municipal Government. Article 5: After-sales service
1. After-sales service shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national regulations, and Party B shall provide on-site service. 2.
