Patterned film patent

VCM board is coated board and PCM is color coated board. VCM board generally adopts galvanized substrate, and its surface is covered with colored or patterned film. The surface of this board is very smooth and flat, and the surface color effect of PCM can't be achieved, but it is expensive. Generally used in the panel of refrigerator, the side panel of high-grade wine cabinet, the shell of set-top box, etc. And the application of the product requires a higher membrane. PCM is a color pre-coated board, the surface of which is coated with environmental protection paint for household appliances. Compared with PCM, it is cheaper, so it is generally used in refrigerator side panels. This kind of plate is not suitable for the panel of high-end refrigerator. Because the flatness of the plate is worse than VCM and the color effect is single, it is mainly used for side panels. As shown in the figure:
