Scope and quantity of construction:

This project is the construction project of centralized control building (No.1 and No.2 units), with a total construction area of about 6494.28m2.

Construction scheme, operation procedures and methods:

1. Material preparation;

Calculate the quantity of materials needed for plastering according to the architectural drawings of the construction centralized control building, put forward the date of material entry in advance, and organize the material entry in stages according to the plan of providing materials.

2. Prepare machines and tools;

prepare mechanical equipment and plastering tools according to engineering characteristics and plastering engineering categories, erect vertical transportation equipment and indoor and outdoor scaffolding, and connect water and power.

3. Prepare before construction;

3.1 Before plastering, the protruding part of the concrete surface of lintel and constructional column grade should be leveled, and the looseness should be removed if there is honeycomb and pockmarked surface treatment, and it should be leveled with 1:3 cement mortar layer by layer.

3.2 Clean up the dust, residual wood and hanging dirt on the wall before plastering

4. Plastering construction practices;

4.2.3 External wall: 2mm for wall surface and 25mm for protruding wall surface.

4.2.4 Stone wall: 35mm

5. Key points of wall plastering;

5.1 Before plastering, you must find good rules, that is, square corners, leveling horizontal lines, erecting vertical lines, popping out +2.M alignment lines for each column section, skirting lines and skirting lines.

5.2 According to the architectural drawings of the centralized control building, 1: 3 cement mortar shall be used to protect the feet of the internal wall (including the door opening). 5.4 the strength of bottom ash plastered on aerated concrete base should be close to that of aerated concrete, and the mixture ratio of middle ash

should be basically the same as that of bottom ash. Coarse sand should be used for bottom ash, and medium sand should be used for middle ash and surface ash.

5.5 when cement mortar is used as the surface course, the surface of the base ash shall be brushed or scratched, and the surface course shall be rubbed, and the surface shall be calendered not less than twice, and the surface shall be watered the next day after finishing. Before setting, the plastering layer shall be protected from quick drying, water flushing, impact and vibration.

5.6 the coating of paper reinforcement ash or hemp fiber ash should be carried out when the base ash is 5-6. If the base ash is too dry, it should be watered and wetted first, and the coating should be compacted and polished twice.

5.7 when plastering the external corner of the wall, first drop the guiding rule on one side of the corner to find it straight, and then apply mortar along the guiding rule on the other side of the corner.

5.8 indoor dado and skirting board are generally 3-5mm more prominent than the gray wall surface, and they should be put on the line according to the height, and the eight-character guiding rule should be cut on the line with an iron trowel, and trimmed and cleaned.

5.9. The plastering of the walls behind skirting boards, door and window plastering boards, hanging mirror lines, radiators and dense pipes should be carried out before their installation, and the plastering surfaces should be smooth and smooth.

5.1 The windowsill, window sill, awning, balcony, coping and protruding waistline of the external wall should be sloped with running water, and the drip line or drip tank should be made below. The depth and width of the drip tank should not be less than 1mm and should be uniform.

6. Precautions for plastering in winter

6.1 Thermal insulation measures should be taken for plastering in winter. When plastering, the temperature of mortar should not be lower than 5 C.. When the temperature reaches C, it is not suitable for plastering in winter.

6.2. Mortar plastering layer should not be frozen at the initial stage of hardening: when the temperature is lower than 5℃, plastering should not be done outdoors. Do paint or paint wall plastering layer, shall not be mixed with salt and calcium chloride.

6.3 For the wall built by freezing method, outdoor plastering shall be carried out after it is completely thawed; Indoor plastering shall be started only after the inner wall is thawed. Do not use hot water to flush the frozen wall or use hot water to eliminate the frost on the wall.
