There is no Chinese medicine standard. Can I only sell patented drugs?
China's Drug Administration Law clearly stipulates that drugs must obtain the approval number. Without the approval number, it cannot be called a drug, and it is relatively easy to apply for a patent. However, it is very difficult to apply for the approval number of Chinese medicine, and there are also requirements such as GMP certification and electronic supervision coding, which can be said to be very strict. It is not allowed to sell products without Chinese medicine standards in the name of "drugs", and it is not allowed to express or imply that it has therapeutic language such as functional indications, otherwise the drug supervision department will investigate and deal with non-drugs as drugs.
